What is the TRI Skin Clearing Serum?

How is it different from other acne serums?

Most formulas only exfoliate. Ours combines 2% BHA for pores, Dioic Acid to moderate excess oil and brighten look of marks, and Dendriclear™ for a microbiome-friendly approach—so it’s effectiveand barrier-friendly.

Is it suitable for oily or sensitive skin?

Yes—it's designed for oily, acne-prone and combination skin, and many sensitive users do well because it’s non-stripping. Patch-test first and build up slowly.

Is it non-comedogenic and lightweight under makeup?

Yes. The texture is lightweight and fast-absorbing so it layers well under SPF and makeup without feeling greasy.

Is it vegan? Cruelty-free?

The formula is vegan. We do not test on animals.

Can I use it during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Everyone’s situation is unique. Please consult your healthcare provider before using new skincare while pregnant or breastfeeding.

How to use and results?

How do I use the serum?

Apply to clean, dry skin AM or PM. Start once daily, then increase to twice daily if skin tolerates. Follow with moisturizer; apply SPF every morning.

Can I use it with retinol, benzoyl peroxide or other acids?

Avoid layering strong actives in thesameroutine. Alternate: use this serum in the AM and your retinoid/BPO in the PM, or on different days, to minimize irritation.

Can I use it with niacinamide or vitamin C?

Niacinamide typically layers well. Vitamin C can be used in a separate step or routine (e.g., vitamin C AM, this serum PM) if you prefer a gentler approach.

Will I purge?

When starting BHA, some people see a brief increase in tiny breakouts as pores clear. This usually settles within a few weeks of consistent use.

How long until I see results?

Many notice improved clarity within 2–4 weeks, with best results building over 6–8 weeks. Consistency matters—use daily and follow with SPF.

Is it safe under makeup?

Yes—it's lightweight, fast-absorbing and non-comedogenic. Let it absorb fully, then apply moisturizer, SPF, and makeup.
